Okay, my order is placed!  When and how will I receive my package?

Assuming the item is in stock, we will ship the order out within 2 business days of receiving your order.  All orders will ship via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information.

What if I need to return something?

While we can't really live up to Amazon Prime's reputation, we are happy to help!  Contact us via the "Contact" page within 7 days of receiving, and we will organize the return of new and unworn item(s) for a full refund.  Please note that, unless the item(s) was damaged before or during delivery, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

How do I wash my OGTA clothes?

To maintain the longest life of your OGTA clothes, we suggest that you wash on cold and hang to dry, especially for any printed items.​
